He has seen many ups and downs in direct selling industry of India. He has developed the most stable and visionary business plan for the entrepreneurs with a direct selling of eco-friendly products of international quality. He has a great vision to transform the society in all respects–economic, social, cultural, environmental, and generation gap. He has a great thought and initiative for old parents. He got his schooling from Sainik School Tilaiya, and graduated in commerce from University of Delhi. He did his Post Graduate Diploma in Global Sales & Marketing (3yrs) from NIS School of Marketing, Delhi (Reliance Group Institution) with a strong command over SPIN selling techniques and leadership training.
