It is a “Consecutive Three Years Achievement Cycle ( Financial Year )” for all FBOs, and will be continued for the life time. After achievement , he will be inducted in the Academy & Company Management Board as a Vice President and will get all the facilities and incomes as these are defined here in the table. If he does not achieve in the current Tri- Year Cycle (TYC), then also his business will be carried forward to the next Tri- Year Cycle for business eligibility and will be in the next Tri- Years Cycle (TYC). He will have to be very active in the management and business development programmes of the company assigned by the company. It is paid in the proportion of achievers business, and not equally. He must have at least two CD qualified on matching basis from Triple ‘B’ Fourth Generation to get benefit of this fund.
