He has a great vision to transform the society in all respects–economic, social, cultural, environmental, and generation gap. He has a great thought and initiative for old parents too. He got his schooling from Sainik School Tilaiya, and graduated in commerce from University of Delhi. He did his Post Graduate Diploma in Global Sales & Marketing (3yrs) from NIS School of Marketing, Delhi (Reliance Group Institution) with a strong command over SPIN Selling Techniques and Leadership Training.
