Cooling off Period

Our every “Business Startup Product (BSP)” which you purchased for your Business Centre Activation. This is also called First Purchase. You used the products as per recommendation and usage guidelines, and if you are not satisfied. Even if you are not satisfied with the products due to any reason, you can apply with original Tax invoice for return of your products. This facility is available only with 30 days from the date of billing of your product. You will get your money back.

Must be Considered These Conditions

We may collect various information if you seek to place an order for a product to us on the Site.

• More than 75% of the product must be unused
• Any courier / postal charge incurred by you in sending or receiving the product to us is not refunded;
• The product must be reachedto us within 30 days of your billing date.

Return after Cancellation of Distributorship

The company will buy back your products if you resign from the distributorship. The products will be considered for refund if youfulfill all the conditions of return policy. After approval, the amount refunded will be equal to the cost of the product being returnedafter deduction of totalBV generated and the commission paid to our Channel Partners. We never suggest for force selling or dumping of products.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

We accept Return or Exchange within 30 days of billing of product. If any defect is found, then you can ask for replacement of the product/s within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product/s subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The tags / label on the product should be intact.
• The product should be unwashed, unused, and in a salable condition.
• The product needs to be returned along with the original packaging
• The product needs to be returned with the original tax invoice you received.
• The courier charges will be borne by you.

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

• Damages due to misuse of product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used/installed
• Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;
• Any product under discount, offer scheme, free gift, sample or stated as non-returnable does not come under “ Products of Returnable or Refundable Policy”;

Cancellation Of Order Before Dispatch

• The customer can cancel his / her order before dispatch of the product. The invoice amount will be refunded.
